On October 12, 2012, Tibetan Prime Minister Dr. Lobsang Sangay spoke at
UMN Law School as part of a two-day visit to Minnesota. The audience was
largely Chinese students. Dr. Sangay gave a frank assessment of the
current state of affairs in Chinese occupied Tibet. In particular he
detailed efforts to bring about a constructive dialog between Tibetans
and Chinese.
